Aged white teas are favoured for its medicinal properties. But for us, we love it more for its rouded sweet notes with a long finish! This white tea is made from the Shui Xian Cultivar, which is usually processed into Oolong teas. With age, the tea has developed a mellower flavour with hints of Chinese pears and rock sugar.

Kungfu-style brewing: 4 grams in 100ml of water at 90-95 degrees celcius, steep for about 1.5 minutes
