Though more known for the oolongs, Phoenix Mountain produces sweet and smooth Hongchas from the same type of tea plants used to make oolongs. The sweet fruity or floral notes are still apparent in the Hongcha in a mellower form. The Hongcha is gentler and more soothing compared to its Oolong counterpart.
Pure tea leaves, no added flavourings.
Kungfu-style brewing: 5grams in 100ml of water at 90-95 degrees celcius, steep for about 1 minute
