Tea leaves : 2-3g per cup Hot water(45~50℃/113~122°F ) : 30 ml per cup *** 1. Boil fresh water and leave to cool for a while or add cold water. (Soft water is recommended) 2. Infuse for 2 min. 3. Slowly pour tea into tea cups alternately a little at a time until the last drop.(Golden drop) 4. Steep for a slightly shorter (20 sec)period and use hotter water for the second infusion. 5. The third infusion, use hotter water and brew shorter (10 sec) than for the second infusion. ※Higher temperature makes green tea bitter taste while lower temperature does make it less bitterness and more aroma ※For JAPANESE green tea, the longer you steep, the more bitter the taste ※Tea Leaves can be brewed up to 3 times
