During one of our sourcing trips in Osaka, we stumbled accidentally (and thankfully) upon one of the 3rd generation Goma (sesame) maker. In that factory, we learnt about the product, integrity and processing method.
We didn’t want to let them down, and so with that singular mind, we produce our Kurogoma soft serve to the best it should be.
