Aged oolong tea is pretty rare as not many plantations produced them. It is a laborious process and it’s up to an experienced tea master to facilitate the ageing process precisely. This tea has been aged and charcoal roasted every few years to create a sweet, mellow and moist taste, however, unlike many other aged teas, it is not as astringent.
