Having studied in Austria, the country holds a special place in our hearts. Some of the best moments were spent sipping on refreshing Holunder Spritzers with friends at the nearby pub. This delicious drink was the inspiration behind our black tea, which is flavoured with tart elderberries, fragrant elderflowers and sweet cream for a smooth finish.
