White teas made in Taiwan are considered relatively uncommon. This particular batch is a super limited batch harvested from the famous Longfeng Xia (Dragon Phoenix Gorge), considered one of the highest regions in Shan Lin Xi. We love the lingering sweetness of snow pears and chrysanthemums.

Brewing Directions
Kungfu-style brewing: 3grams in 100ml of water at 80-85 degrees celcius, steep for about 1 minute 30 seconds
