Taiwan Dayu Ridge High Mountain Oolong

Grown in the highest tea mountains of Taiwan (2200m above sea levels), this tea is smooth with the rich taste of pear blossoms. The great difference in temperature causes the tea leaves to grow slowly, enhancing flavours and making it rich in catechins and polyphenols.
