Uva is known as one of the three great teas, along with Darjeeling and Keemun black teas. As a high-grown tea, Uva tea is fragrant and known for its unique regional character (aka “Uva Flavour”). The tea-liquor is a lovely copper colour.
Brewing Directions
Place one tea bag per person in a pot. Pour freshly boiled water and brew for 2-3 minutes. Add a dash of milk if preferred.
