One the newer unique hybrid created by the Fujian Tea Research Institute from Tie Guanyin, Huang Yan and Bai QiLan during 1978~1999.
One of the main reasons for developing this varietal was to increase the productivity of tea. In fact, the production of this tea is even higher than Tie Guanyin.
This varietal has a bright red colour, sweet with obvious notes of sweet roses.
